1 fl oz Pressed apple juice
¾ fl oz Yuzu juice
1 fl oz *Special ingredient #1 (see below)
½ fl oz Pasteurised egg white

How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass (preferably over block ice).
