fl oz Pressed apple juice
fl oz Aquafaba (chickpea water)

How to make:

Method: SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker. DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with sparkling wine.
