fl oz Caorunn Small Batch Scottish Gin
1 fl oz Pressed apple juice
1 fl oz Freshly squeezed lime juice
½ fl oz *Special ingredient #1 (see below)
1 fl oz Pasteurised egg white

How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker. DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into chilled glass.

Special ingredient #1: Homemade rosemary & ginger syrup

Garnish:

Rosemary sprig, ginger slice & spray red wine
