½ fl oz Pressed apple juice
fl oz Sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)

3 dash La Fée Parisienne Absinthe Superieure
½ fl oz Egg white

How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

Garnish:

Smoldering star anise

Aromatic and perfumed, bison grass, apple, sour lemon and rich passion fruit combine in this lightly sweet and fruity cocktail.
