½ fl oz Suze gentian liqueur
1 fl oz Freshly squeezed lime juice
¾ fl oz Giffard Sugar Cane Syrup (Sirop Sucre de Canne)
2 dash La Fée Parisienne Absinthe Superieure
Top up with Soda (club soda) or sparkling water

How to make:

SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass (preferably over a spear of ice). TOP with soda.

Garnish:

Lime wedge

Comment:

Pale green in colour with a refreshing bitter/sour sweet profile.

Origin:

This cocktail was published in an article called The Golden Cocktail Mile for the release of the 2013 World's End film comic science fiction film. It is named after the first pub on the bar crawl that Simon Peg and co. embark on in in the film. Created in 2013 by Alastair Walker, then at The Everleigh, Melbourne, Australia.
