How to make:

STIR jam and grapefruit juice in base of shaker until jam dissolves. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and strain back into shaker. DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into chilled glass.

1 spoon Ginger jam
56 fl oz Bacardi Ocho Anos
12 fl oz Bourbon whiskey
12 fl oz Suze gentian liqueur
56 fl oz Freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice
3 dash Orange bitters
25 fl oz Egg white
