How to make:

MUDDLE cucumber in base of shaker. ADD other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and strain back into shaker. DRY SHAKE and fine strain into chilled glass.

23 fl oz Suze gentian liqueur
23 fl oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
16 fl oz Giffard Sugar Cane Syrup

Origin:

Properly named “Suze It Like A Lady”, this is a recipe created by Michael Hajiyianni at Ruby, Copenhagen, Denmark. Michael says it is “based on one of the first Gin cocktails I ever had during my early days at The Refectory Bar at The Plymouth Gin Distillery. Swapping out orange liqueur to make a simple savoury twist on the classic White Lady.”
