SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

Garnish:

Lemon zest twist

Comment:

This aniseed-flavoured mix tastes surprisingly tame but includes a shot of the notorious green fairy.

Variant:

Absinthe Frappe – served over crushed ice.
