4 slice Fresh root ginger (thumbnail sized)
fl oz Bison grass vodka
4 fl oz Pressed apple juice
½ fl oz Sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)
½ fl oz Berentzen Apfel Korn (apple schnapps) liqueur

How to make:

MUDDLE ginger in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and strain into glass filled with crushed ice.

Garnish:

Dust with grated nutmeg & apple wedge

Comment:

A fantastic combination of adult flavours in a long, thirst-quenching drink. Also great served straight-up.
