1 slice Fresh root ginger (thumbnail sized)
½ fresh Lemongrass stem
2 spoon Runny honey
2 fl oz Rutte Dry Gin
¼ fl oz Noilly Prat Extra Dry Vermouth
¼ fl oz Pressed apple juice
¾ fl oz Chilled water

How to make:

MUDDLE ginger and lemongrass in base of shaker. Add other ingredients and STIR until honey dissolves. SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

Garnish:

Apple slice

Comment:

Consider infusing the lemongrass in gin instead of muddling.
