How to make:

STIR honey with rum in base of shaker until honey dissolves. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

34 fl oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
14 fl oz Freshly squeezed orange juice
4 spoon Raw runny honey (preferably orange blossom)
1 23 fl oz Pot still Jamaican rum

Comment:

Honey balances lemon juice in this rum-based cocktail.

Variant:

With light rum this drink becomes a Honeysuckle, and with gin in place of rum, it becomes a Bee's Knees.
