Winning cocktail: Piedra Mayahuel
60 ml Patrón Silver
12.5 ml Aged grapefruit liqueur
12.5 ml Lemon juice
20 ml Grapefruit soda
15 ml Lechuguilla juice
15 ml Piloncillo & chicatanas agave syrup
Dash of bitters
Chamomile and sage perfume
Dehydrated grapefruit and flower for garnish
Add all ingredients, aside from the bitters and perfume, to the tin of a shaker with ice.
Shake until chilled and combined.
In a volcanic stone glass, pile frappé ice with a peak in the center like a snow cone.
Strain the cocktail over the ice in the glass, finishing with the dash of bitters and delicate spray of perfume.
Garnish with dehydrated grapefruit and one flower.
