“I had the immense luck and pleasure of accidentally entering into this wonderful industry with what was initially to be a temporary thing; to get my ass off the couch and out of my room, with a job that happens to fit my nocturnal sleeping habits, and at the same time, able to give me some spending money. From what started out as just making me curious, bartending very quickly got my attention, becoming my full-fledged passion and my life. A few years have passed by since then and I am not looking back, I never will.”

Garnish: Pineapple & cherry
Method: Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass.
• 40 ml Chrysanthemum-infused gin
• 20 ml Cherry Heering
• 10 ml Coconut milk
• 15 ml Indian rosewater
• 15 ml Lemon juice
• 80 ml Fresh pineapple juice
• 10 ml Triple sec
• 1 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
