Cutting his teeth as a bartender at Manor since 2013, David is a young and passionate about bartending. He is a fast learner as well as a keen student of alcohol, alchemy and is on a constant journey to improve himself as a bartender. He relishes interactions with guests and is a people’s person who strives to match the right cocktail to every guest. He is deeply passionate about cocktails but is calm and collected, even on busy nights.
He has participated in various cocktail competitions and some of the original drinks he has concocted include the Thai Tea Cup, Greenday and Guruni Harmony.
David is now the bar supervisor at Manor, honing his skills on a daily basis and constantly seeking to challenge himself. He feels that there is always something more to learn about bartending and is constantly in pursuit of developing that perfect drink.

• 2 spoon Homemade lemongrass syrup
• 2 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
