Having worked mostly in hotel bars and pre-prohibition oriented bars, his focus is on classic drinks and twists, whilst not scared to experiment. Hist first big cocktail competition win was the 2016 Disaronno Mixing star and this left him wanting more.
He succesfully entered the Chivas Masters competition, winning the Dutch finals and making his way to the global finals in Tokyo during the Chivas Masters 2017.
He is the current Head Bartender of Rosalia's Menagerie and aims at bringing the revered elegance of Japanese bartending and classics knowledge to the Amsterdam scene.
