St. David’s, W1,
The Westerhall Distillery, is located near St. David's, on the Caribbean's 'Spice Island' of Granada and is owned and operated by the Williams family who have owned the Westerhall sugar estate since the 1700’s.
Westerhall did not actually bottle rum until 1978. The estate’s sugar is now milled and molasses produced at the company’s neighbouring Morne Delice Mill and the old distillery has become a museum.
