What: After being launched in Singapore in 2016, this biennial show returns to Hong Kong. The event is based on its Düsseldorf edition - masterclasses and seminars will be hosted by leading industry experts throughout the four-day trade show.

Now a worldwide classic, Calabrese will show guests how to create an excellent Negroni by delving into the history of the cocktail then demonstrating how to create it using precise techniques he is renowned for. As a world-acclaimed bartender, Calabrese will also offer insight into his technique, mixology myths and secrets of the trade. This excellent event will provide guests with a much wider-understanding of the classic and how to create a well-balanced Negroni for themselves.
