The House of Thomas Henry is bringing together the best of bar culture for a 2 day celebration event.
The bitter lemonade experts are bringing together bartenders from 20 top European bars, hosting workshops and adding some 1920's flair for a unique experience.
It's taking place on May 18th-19th 2017 at Kaufhaus Jandorf in Berlin.
More than 40 top bartenders from across Europe will be on hand to showcase their latest innovative drink creations. These will be judged by industry experts including our very own Simon Difford.
Current bartending, hospitality and catering trends will be discussed in a series of workshops, aimed at trade professionals and aspiring enthusiasts.
Trade professionals are encouraged to get together and highlight important areas of their work, as well as attend seminars from renowned professionals.
The secrets of barrel aging will be revealed by the Havana Club Brand Ambassador, Christian Balke, and the subject of stress and why it's so important will be highlighted by Alex Kratena.
Other seminars include the magic of fermentation by Alexis Goertz, as well as food pairing and gin distillation.

Music, bands, ballerinas and burlesque dancers will be on hand to provide entertainment during the 2 day festival.
After the trade event, drinks enthusiasts are invited to party the night away on the Friday night with club DJ's at Bricks.
