Winning cocktail: Maria Mexico Mi Amor
60 ml Patrón Silver
15 ml Epazote tea
15 ml Homemade jalapeño jam
5 ml Agave syrup
30 ml Clarified lime juice
4 dashes Plum bitters
Smoked jalapeño caramel and tortilla salt
Add all ingredients except the plum bitters to mixing glass and stir to combine.
Aromatize a chilled coupe glass with plum bitters and rim with smoked jalapeño caramel and tortilla salt.
Double strain into the glass and serve.
