Winning cocktail: Flor de Miel
Created by Michael Fortier from El Rey Mezcal Bar in Canada
50ml Havana Club 7
20ml manzanilla sherry
15ml apricot liquor (Havana 7, dried apricot, angostura, honey)
Bar spoon of salted honey
2 sprays of Pernod Pastis over the drink.
Orange zest for garnish
Build all ingredients (except the pastis) in a mixing glass and stir over ice. Strain into a chilled coup, garnish and serve.
