Le Syndicat in Paris present their Christmas cocktail.

Glass: Nick & Nora
Garnish: An orange zest on top and grated nutmeg
Method: Stirred and served up
30ml White agricole rhum 50%abv (Sullivan uses JM)
30ml Cap corse rouge 15%abv (LN Mattei)
20ml Cognac VSOP (Sullivan uses D'Usse)
10ml Curaçao (Sullivan notes he uses dry curaçao from Ferrand or Merlet 3citrus)
2 dashes Aromatic bitters
Inspiration:
"It's a cocktail I created in New Orleans and it's a take on the traditional vieux carré. I created it as a tribute to a booze friend for Tales of the Cocktail 2017," Sullivan reveals.
