The Nonsolococktails School launches bartending courses for those in the trade, from an intense three-month programme to an evening course designed to improve management skills.

Created by Mattia Pastori, bartender and founder of consultancy company Nonsolococktails, together with Alessandro Melis and Diego Travaglio from Indrinkable, the project offers a co-working space for bar professionals, bringing events, courses and masterclasses to the Italian bartending community.

Led by leading experts in the Italian bar scene, courses aim to support bartenders through training and education. For both amateur bartenders and the more experienced bar professionals, there is a wide selection of courses available. Besides improving their skills and knowledge, students also have the opportunity to network with fellow bartenders in the community.

Co-founder, Mattia Pastori said, "The idea of coworking was born little by little, uniting what affiliated us together and the work places in which we were already reciprocally committed like the organization of masterclasses and courses for bartenders or amateurs, and observing the current demand from professionals that increasingly need to have a physical place to experiment with new blends and preparations...This is what we offer here: a place where to find all the tools needed to work, a space to meet colleagues to create synergies, a training school to grow thanks to a masterclass with international gurus and professional consultants."
