 • 30ml Plantation Barbados Rum 5 Years Aged
 • 40ml Plantaion Barbados Rum 2001 Vintage Edition
 • 20ml Plantaion Rum Original Dark 73% Overproof
 • 20ml Funkin Pro Spiced Syrup
 • 10ml Gifford Estragon syrup
 • 15ml Pontheir Citron Vert-lime puree
 • 5ml Ponthier Yuzu puree
 • 40ml Ponthier Peche de Vigne-ruby peach puree
 • 30ml Ponthier Sanguine blood orange puree

Garnish: Mint sprig and a frozen cup made from puree ruby peach. He filled the cup with Pastis, and dried ice.

He chose the specific rum blend because he wanted to pay tribute to the beginning of distillation in the Caribbean which started at Barbados Islands.
