The Boutique Bar Show once again promises visitors an experience where they can sample a huge range of quality drinks brands; some of which are having their very first outing in the UK. Come along and sample The Mixologist Beer (Belgium), Nginious Salted and Smoked Gin (Switzerland), Westerhall Rums (Grenada), Cognac Larsen (France), The Tweedale Blend Whisky (Scotland) and Bimber Oak Aged Vodka (London) among others.
The day promises to be packed with opportunities to take part in presentations from drinks and bar experts around the world; including The Clumsies (Athens), The Edition Hotel (London), The Red Light (Bristol), The Larder House (Bournemouth), Berry and Rye (Liverpool), Cane and Grain First Floor Bar (Manchester), The Maven (Leeds).
The show is aimed at industry professionals looking to source new and interesting products for their bar, club or hotel as well as learning from industry experts on commercial and creative topics. And so, for the first time, the Boutique Bar Show will offer a new 'business of bars' area for visitors to participate in. Seminars include 'Recruitment and Retention of Staff' from Watershed School and Presenting Yourself by Danil Nevsky from Tales and Spirits in Amsterdam. Workshops include the return of popular sessions such as ice carving with Zoran Peric from Suntory and Lauvia Armagnac will be on hand to guide you through an Armagnac Blending Session. Oh, and shhh, the secret bar returns.
The Boutique Bar Show is now a one-day event, so guests are advised to sign up early!

Nikos Bakoulis, co-owner of The Clumsies in Athens, will lead a discussion on the bar philosophy, cocktails and the lab and how these elements work together in a high volume environment.

Join Davide Segat from The Punch Room, London for a discussion on the range of flavours now available and tips and techniques on how to create a variety of punch style drinks.

THE QUESTIONABLE NOTION OF SEASONABILITY
Get an exclusive preview of Bonhomie in Paris as the team presents their new drinks list and the use of flowers, fruits and plants. Bonhomie is the latest opening from the team behind Little Red Door and Lulu White and this session will be presented by Rémy Savage and Ben Tyler.

Danil Nevsky (formerly from Tales & Spirits, Amsterdam) will deliver an interative session on the art of story telling, personal presentation and delivery. The aim is to help attendees become more aware of their role and performance in the bar environment, develop their "presence" at work and make them more valuable to their guests and employees.
