Made from organic wheat and malted barley, hops from Hainaut in the west of Belgium and spring water from Wallonia. This beer goes through a second fermentation in the bottle, meaning that the beer has a light yeast sediment in the bottle.

Cloudy, buff brown/yellow colour with thick white head which quickly dissipates.
Yeasty cloves with faint mandarin orange zest.
Lemony, yeasty palate with creamy mouthfeel with Danish pasty flavours.
Bitter hoppy pine.
