This Highland single malt was distilled at the Glencadam Distillery in 1990 and aged for 21 years in a hogshead which yielded 320 bottles. Part of the Wemyss Malts Single Cask 2011 Autumn Release - the first Wemyss single cask bottlings to include the name of the distillery on the front label.
Clear, pale golden.
Pencil shavings, hair spray and tinned tropical fruit nose with faint Christmas cake fruit aromas.
Woody vanilla, caramelised tropical fruit palate with sweet lime cordial-like fruit flavours balancing dry spicy oak.
Spicy tropical fruit finish with lingering oak tannins and a wisp of biscuity smoke.
