Clear, amber with very slight green tinge.

Aroma

Candied lime zest with pronounced clove and more subtle nutmeg, cinnamon, cardamom and lemon thyme. Faint note of old-fashioned oil paint.

Sweet, syrupy, candied lime zest with supporting clove spice.

Lime zest and lime cordial with sharp zesty lime acidity.
