Distilled from fermented molasses in the Dominican Republic, this golden rum is aged in American oak ex-bourbon barrels for undisclosed period before being married in what the producers describe as a “15-year solera system”.

Clear, deep golden amber.
Vanilla and caramel fudge with butterscotch, mocha coffee, milk chocolate and nutmeg. Faint gingerbread and grilled almond.
Dry and lightly spicy. Vanilla, butterscotch, creamy espresso/coffee beans, and milk/dark chocolate with some cocoa highlights, spicy hints of gingerbread and cinnamon, along with almonds, walnuts, nutmeg and orange zest.
Cinnamon, nutmeg and black pepper spice with caramel, espresso coffee, dark chocolate and vanilla.
Vanilla, butterscotch, creamy chocolate, butterscotch and coffee enlivened by cinnamon, nutmeg and black pepper spice.
