Very slight haze, golden amber with huge head which subsides to creamy layer of foam leaving lacing in its wake.
Caramel, clove and rosemary spice with ripe peach fruit.
Well-balanced palate belies the high alcohol strength with malts and hops bolstered by dry herbal flavours. Slight metalic note.
Spoilt by lingering metallic flavour. Lacks the challenging complexity normally associated with a Belgian tripel.
