Matured in mix of bourbon and sherry casks for approximately eight years and then finished for up to 12 months in former Italian Amarone wine casks. Bottled at 50% alc./vol. without chill filtration.

Slight haze, cleaned copper coin amber.
Obvious wine aromas with Peychaud's bitters spice, melon fruit and stewed plums.
(diluted to approx. 40%) Slightly sweet, salty, watermelon fruity palate with clove fruit and wine tannins.
Strawberry and melon fruity notes fade to leave slight salty smokiness.
Closure: Natural cork stopper
