This Cava is a blend of indigenous white grapes, 35% Xarel-lo, 25% Macabeo, 20% Parellada and 20% Chardonnay with each variety picked and fermented separately. The Chardonnay is barrel fermented in French oak for 8 weeks. Second fermentation is in the bottle with a minimum of 15 months in the cellar

Fresh fruit (apple, pear, and pineapple fruit with lemon citrus ) with dried herbal yeasty notes.
More apple, pear and pineapple fruit with zesty lemon bite and good raw almond buiscuityness.
