A Campbeltown malt from Glen Scotia Distillery distilled in 1991 and aged 21 years in a cask yielding 833 bottles, released in July 2012. One five single malts released by Wemyss in July 2012, each representing a different region and each named after a dessert reminiscent of the whisky’s character.
Clear, burnished copper.
Rich dark chocolate, cacao powder and profiteroles.
Animated, salt and pepper dusted, dark bitter chocolate with hints of lemon zest and faint smoke.
Cacao powder lingers on the long profiterole-like finish.
