(sample best before Jun/15) Hazy, deep mahogany amber with thick beige creamy head and heavy lacing.

Treacle, toffee, nuts, yeast and dried fruit/Christmas pudding with honey and oak.

Burnt Christmas pudding, stewed apple, prunes, toffee apple, subtle oak and treacle with light barbeque charcoal bitterness and faint liquorice. Alcohol bite evident.

Treacle, fudge, prunes and burnt Christmas pudding with liquorice, mocha coffee and slightly spicy tannic oak. One for aficionados - far from mass market appeal.
