Bottlings of this malt are rare as most of the production is used for the Teacher’s Highland Cream blend.
Clear, olive oil green and gold.
Slightly salty, sulphur nose with black cherry and vanilla.
There is a hint salty seaweed to the softly peated, slightly sweet oaky palate.
Biscuity finish with malt loaf, green vegetable, cut grass malty notes and a light smokiness.
