(sample best before end Dec/15) Clear, pale golden amber with a quickly diminishing white head.
Sweetcorn and straw with honeysuckle blossom and faint lemon zest.
More hops than the nose might suggest with mild piney bitterness adding bite to a clean, light-bodied palate with crusty white baguette and lemony notes.
Buttery white baguette with very mild hop bitterness and mild lingering lemon.
Brewed by Shepherd Neame this blonde is stereo-typically dumb, being presented in a clear bottle. However, while a tad on the bland side it is clean with crusty white baguette, lemon and mild piney bitterness. The clear bottle stops us awarding a 'recommended' score.
