This limited edition malt, this was put into cask just before the distillery was mothballed for two years in 1995. Clear, pale straw yellow.
Honey, dried banana chips and lavender with marzipan and boat yard.
Initial vanilla burst quickly turns vegetal (spinach, cabbage), dry and woody with brazil nut, subtle smoke, ginger and pepper spice.
Slight saltiness to the long, nutty, spicy finish.
Closure: Natural cork stopper
