Reminiscent of new make spirit and just out the oven doughy brown bread with cracked white and black pepper corns.
Soft mouthfeel. Clean and dry with impressive bready grain flavours, including slightly hot rye spice.
Toasted/burnt rye bread finish with black pepper spice. Flavoursome and rustic in character rather than finessed.
