Made with 100% hand-harvested Trepat grapes which were de-stemmed prior to fermentation in stainless steel. The wine was aged for a minimum of 18 months in the cool Pere Ventura cellars with second fermentation in the bottle according to the traditional sparkling wine production method.
Clear, deep salmon pink with quickly rising small bubbles.
Biscuity and lightly lemon citrusy with delicate ripe strawberry, cherry and rose petal fragrances.
Dry but not bone dry. Biscuity with cleansing acidity and hints of ripe strawberry and raspberry.
Medium-long, dry yet fruity, finish with notes of boiled sweets (hard candy).
Biscuity and lightly citrusy with distinctive raspberry, strawberry, cherry fruitiness.
