2 fl oz Rutte Dry Gin
1 fl oz Agua fría (reducir si se usa hielo mojado)
3 toque Angostura Aromatic Bitters
fl oz Jarabe de azúcar (2 azúcar a 1 de agua)

STIR all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

Historia:

This is a drink that likes dilution and I’d aim for around almost equal parts water and gin after stirring with ice. A spoon full of sugar certainly helps the medicine go down where the Pink Gin is concerned and the use of Old Tom gin is worth considering. However, the more sugar you add the less dilution you’ll need. Hit the perfect balance and this is a great drink, but it’s an equilibrium that’s tricky to attain.
