Vaso Collins...
½ fl oz Coñac
½ fl oz Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge
3 fl oz Vino tinto Shiraz
1 fl oz Freshly squeezed orange juice
¼ fl oz Jugo de limón recién exprimido
½ fl oz Jarabe de azúcar (2 azúcar a 1 de agua)
1 fl oz Soda (club soda)

Cómo se hace:

SHAKE first six ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with soda and lightly stir. Serve with straws.

Garnitura:

Dust with grated nutmeg

Historia:

Basically just red wine and orange liqueur, diluted with water, lemon juice and sugar. But tasty!

This version of the Spanish Sangria was popular in 19th century America. The only real difference is that while a Sangria is usually made in batches, Sangaree are single serve.
