Copa Martinera...
fl oz Vodka Ketel One infusionado con vainilla
¾ fl oz Berentzen Apfel Korn (apple schnapps) liqueur
¾ fl oz Licor de caramelo
1 fl oz Leche entera
½ fl oz Clara de huevo pasteurizado

Cómo se hace:

SHAKE first 3 ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass. Separately, SHAKE cream and egg white with ice and strain back into shaker. DRY SHAKE (without ice) and carefully pour over back of spoon so as to LAYER over drink.

Garnitura:

Dust with cinnamon powder

Historia:

A creamy top hides a vanilla, apple and caramel combo. Inspired by the dessert created by the Tatin sisters, a tart of caramelised apples cooked under a pastry lid.
