1 fresco Hojas de cilantro
1 fl oz Chartreuse Verte (Green Chartreuse)
¼ fl oz La Fee Parisienne absinthe
fl oz Berentzen Apple Schnapps
½ fl oz Jugo de limón recién exprimido
1 fl oz Jugo de manzana
¼ fl oz Jarabe de azúcar (2 azúcar a 1 de agua)
½ fl oz Agua fría (omitir si se usa hielo mojado)

Lightly MUDDLE coriander in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

Bright green and intensely flavoured but considering it is flavoured with absinthe and chartreuse, it is surprisingly subtle.
