Jake Burger introduced his take on the Perfect Manhattan at the Portobello Star, Notting Hill, London, England in 2011 after working with Robert Petrie of Bob’s Bitters fame to make a reproduction of Abbott’s Bitters. Jake uses Jim Beam rye whiskey, Noilly Prat Blanc Original dry vermouth, Carpano Antica Formula and Abbott’s Bitters.
