Cómo se hace:
STIR all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass.
Float mint sprig or leaf
Mastiha (which after all is botanically flavoured spirit) combines wonderfully with gin and dry vermouth. A splash of ouzo adds more Greek interest.
