1⅓ fl oz Caorunn Small Batch Scottish Gin
2⅓ fl oz Agua de coco
1/12 fl oz Whisky Escocés Highland single malt
1⅓ fl oz *Ingrediente especial #1 (ver abajo)
fl oz Three Cents Ginger Beer

Cómo se hace:

POUR all ingredients into ice-filled glass and briefly stir.

Special ingredient #1: Homemade Apple-Shiso-Stevia Juice: 1000ml clear apple juice infused with 10 Shiso leaves & 15 dried Stevia leaves, heated in a pan for 10 minutes and then rested for 30 minutes before use.
