Jigger Beaker Glass Threesome

Jigger Beaker Glass hit London in a big way during London Cocktail Week with presenters Remy Savage, Chris Hysted-Adams and Luke Whearty taking the stage to share their insights and experiences.

Presented by Bacardi Brown-Forman Brands, Jigger Beaker Glass is a UK tour of industry workshops and seminars celebrating the latest in drinks innovation.

A special London Cocktail Week edition, held at the Library Bar, Shoreditch House, brought international bartenders together for an afternoon of learning and sharing.

Remy Savage worked at celebrated Parisian bar, Little Red Door for four years until 1st November 2017 when he joined London's Artesian Bar as Head Bartender. Little Red Door is currently number 11 on the World's 50 Best Bars list, up 13 places from 2016.

Chris Hysted-Adams spent his formative years drinking at Black Pearl before moving to the other side of the bar where he has worked for the last 10 years, now as the General Manager. A "neighbourhood bar which serves cocktails" and named Best International Cocktail Bar at the 2017 Spirited Awards, Black Pearl is a go-to destination for discerning drinkers from, or visiting, Melbourne.

Luke Whearty opened his trail blazing bar, Operation Dagger, in Singapore along with partner Aki Nishikura. In its first year it won the accolade of Best New Bar in the Singapore Bar Awards and was listed as one of the World's Top 30 Greatest Bars in the World by Conde Nast Traveler.

In our video above you can watch highlights of this inspiring session, as Remy led on 'a measure of skill' as he explained his inspiration behind the creative and playful menus at Little Red Door, Chris picked up on 'a measure of success' as he shared the reasons why Black Pearl has been so consistently successful for the past 15 years, and Luke demonstrated 'a measure of the glass' with a showcase of his drinks from the current Operation Dagger menu.
