This time around made it with Tanqueray and Combier Liqueur de Sureau plus the wild mint and loved it!

Do you know what species of mint exactly?

Greetings John. I'm no expert but my best guess is Mentha canadensis. It has longer leaves than spearmint and a decidedly peppermint flavor. Could be of garden origin so who knows?
