I made this tonight when my ex-wife came over for dinner and brought a pot of jambalaya, and asked me to make a "Cajun cocktail." I made a couple of minor adjustments, though: I added a spritz of absinthe inside the glass and rimmed it with Slap Ya Mama cajun seasoning instead of Tajín. Very enjoyable! Cheers!

Great cocktail. Well balanced and at the perfect level of sweetness for me. Was a bit concerned about the hot chili sauce, but it add just a hint of a peppery touch at the end of the drink. Wonderful.
