Very refreshing and well balanced if you don’t want a too strong pre-dinner drink.

Packed with flavour. Rich, fresh, fruity, savoury and refreshing. I was drinking this at the wrong time of day, but would pair with dark chocolate at a slight stretch. More obviously with any antipasti, well ripened cheeses, anchovies etc.
