Made again with Santiago Queirolo Quebranta and St~ Germain. I usually juice limes with a ribbed conical collecter but this time used a cup-in-a-cup lever squeezer thing. Didn't feel like I was getting all the juice so I flipped the half shells over, repeated, then doubled them up and squeezed again. Not sure if I got extra zest but the resulting drink was extra special. Will try again with a regal shake and report back.

Conclusion: No regal shake. No lime zest. It overpowers the elderflower and pisco flavors with bitterness. Magical with good lime juice!

Pretty decent flavor mix in the mouth but the aftertaste is heavy raisin vibes which is definitely not my thing.

Tried this today with lemon instead of lime and we liked the result even more!

IMHO one of the best Last Word variations.

Rated 4,5, excellent, but I found that elderflower liquor was too present and the cocktail a little bit too sweet. I want to do it again with less elderflower liquor and a little (little !) more lime, I think it could get a 5 if better balanced (to my taste).

Wow, this is first sip fantastic! Green Chartreuse perfectly balances the floral sweetness of St-Germain. Caravedo Puro Quebranta provides pisco character without adding additional aromatics. Good limes help! Curious to try this with the more fragrant piscos.☆☆☆☆☆♡
